I live about 30 seconds away from this location, so one would think it is very convenient. Unfortunately this is not so. After several experiences with poor service, I have found it much easier to drive 3 miles to the San Jose location. Every time I have been to the drive-thru at this location, I wait about 1-2 minutes before receiving any type of greeting. This is with no more that one other car in the line. When I am finally acknowledged, it is normally something like " I be witchu ina minit ". It then takes up to another 5 minutes to receive your food after arriving at the widow. The food quality is average and I have no complaints there. On my final visit, I had the usual extended wait followed up with some unprofessional gibberish followed by anther wait. Then when I placed my order I was told that they were all of 2 of the 4 wing flavors. I never write negative reviews, but I have never been this inspired by bad service. I hope find it helpful when choosing where to eat. |
